A day in the life of a Zalorian is truly fulfilling. While some may find it challenging at first, once you get used to it, you'll discover how interesting and dynamic our roles can be.
 

Among the ZALORA values, the one that resonates with me the most is being rationally creative. As a customer service representative, I often encounter unique situations where the solutions are not found in any manual. That's when we need to think outside the box, get creative, and go the extra mile to ensure our customers are satisfied.
 

What keeps me here at ZALORA over the years is the comfort and satisfaction I feel as a new employee. Everything has been precise and wonderful so far, and I hope this blissful experience continues. Finding meaning and fulfillment in my work is all about those moments when a customer expresses appreciation and says "thank you." It's those small gestures that remind me of the impact I can make in someone's day.

But what I love the most about being part of the ZALORA team is our culture. Unlike other workplaces, we don't have a robotic environment.
