As a Senior Customer Associate at ZALORA, my typical day involves interacting with a diverse range of customers with different personalities. Although it can be overwhelming at times, I find it enjoyable and rewarding to learn from each customer. Having worked in customer service for a year now, I am confident in my ability to handle different types of customers, and I plan to apply all the knowledge I have gained from my past jobs to my work at ZALORA.
